What You Need to Apply for Funding

Required Documents

Social Security Number or Tax ID

Your personal SSN (for sole proprietors) or your business EIN (Employer Identification Number).

Business Licenses and Filings

Articles of incorporation, business license, DBA registration, or any relevant business formation documents.

Tax Filings

Business tax returns for the past 1-2 years. Personal tax returns may also be required for some loan types.

Profit/Loss Statement & Balance Sheet

Bank Statements
